I ordered these for a fundraiser on behalf of a coworker who passed. The company was very fast and efficient with communcation. One picture is the preview I received from the seller before continuing with production and the other picture is the badge reel itself. You really cannot beat the price. Processing was only a couple days once I confirmed the image. Shipping took a little over a week which is understandable being as it shipped from China and I am in the U.S. The seller was also very prompt in getting back to my messages which is much appreciated!I really liked the product. It was what I expected. Have not used them yet to tell if they break easily or not. They seemed strong though. The price was what I liked most?
