UPDATE: I've now had three of these and with each one of them, the reel lost the capability to recoil the string after about 7-8 months. I was going to order two more but now the company is charging $1.99 shipping even with a prime membership so I decided I didn't need on if I have to pay to have it shipped. The customer service the last time was great but they should last more than 7-8 months. Maybe they should source the spring that recoils the string from some place else.UPDATE: The Company replaced it for free. Received a new one today. This item is good quality but the string it was attached to broke. They replaced it for free so I give them 5 stars for the customer service. Thank you.It didn't even last for one year. It seemed like good quality - is nice and heavy, the only thing I didn't like was the clasp on the back - it would be nicer if it had an "alligator clip". I can't believe it broke after such a short time. I would like if it could be replaced or repaired. I would give it four stars, because of the clasp it has on the back, but it is really nice - if it would of only lasted longer.
