I bought this to display parking tickets on my motorcycle, since NYC has the most idiotic motorcycle enforcement on the planet. In conjunction with a small cable lock, this hangs securely from any available bar, pole, rail on the bike. The ticket is clearly visible. The only downside is you have to purchase the idiotically priced plastic tab ring to unlock it.
