ATP Nylochem nylon tubing is recognized as an industry standard for applications which require higher working pressures and higher heat and/or chemical resistance than our polyurethane tubing. Nylon 12 is strong, lightweight and has a very low moisture absorption rate compared to other nylons. By not absorbing moisture, nylon 12 will remain more flexible, which in turn extends it's service life. Nylon tubing can be used with standard push-to-connect fittings and compression fittings for simple installation. Because of it's semi-rigid properties, nylon tubing offers a thinner tube wall providing higher flow rates and working pressure. 800 psi working pressure at 70 degrees F. Applicable for pneumatic tools, pneumatic piping, instrumentation, lube lines, coolants, refrigeration, chemical transfer, vacuum, process control, fuel lines, paint supply lines, laboratories. Measures 6-millimeters inside diameter by 8-millimeters outside diameter by 500-feet total length. Available in blue color.

I used this nylon tubing to replace the line that goes to my vacuum tank for my car's HVAC system. It fit perfectly well with the stock rubber fittings and has been holding up nicely. It is about as stiff as stock so it was easy to run through my engine bay without it being difficult to bend. I have not yet had any issues with leaks and have plenty left over to replace any other vacuum lines in this 23 year old car.
