Very cute badge holder. The head is a little heavy so the face doesn't show all the time. The elastic cord sometimes doesn't retract, but if you pull your badge all the way out it will go back in. I am a short person, so I never need to pull my badge very far to get in doors- 2 inches at the most. If you are constantly pulling your badge large distances I would shop from someone else. It is cute and works well for me, but I can see the elastic cord not working long term.
