I prefer the carabiner clip, which I hook on a belt loop. That is more secure than the belt clip, which is prone to come off• Set also includes six badge holders. These are as good others I have used in the past, but history tells me that after a few months of daily use, the nylon rope will wear out from repeated retractions and break. Nothing lasts forever, but at less than $2 per badge holder, a few months of use is good enough. I will be sure to come back to update my review if anything changes my opinion.These are the absolute best badge holders I’ve used…and I’ve tried a lot of them. I like that I can choose to put this on a lanyard or wear it clipped to my clothing. Rather heavy compared to the plastic ones, but so much sturdier, with a stronger line. In a hospital where you are constantly badging your way through doors day in and day out, you need a heavy duty cord that won’t break. For the price, durability, and functionality, this is the best retractable badge holder in my experience. Glad I tried these and will be getting more to hoard for the future or share with co-workers!This ID badge holder bundle from N1JSHN was much needed. Before, I had a solid ID holder that would allow accumulated lint and even moisture to get inside. It also broke really quickly. This set is much better for me. The pouches seal closed, so no matter how much moisture I might splash on my badge while scrubbing at the sink, my ID cards stay clean and dry. They wipe clean easily when needed. The retracting clips have a long reach, which is good for me because I often am also maneuvering large equipment when I need to use my badge to open secure doors. I wish I has these much sooner, and will certainly order again when this supply is depleted. I've used my badge like this for many, many years, and have had many different ID badge holders in that time. This is by far my favorite set of holders I've ever used and don't want to go back to any other inferior styles. They stretch really far and seem very sturdy so far, I fidget a lot and usually end up stretching this repeatedly and its doing fine. I really appreciate the extra clip on it so I can more securely attach it to my lanyard, instead of the money clip like attachment.I'm using them for keys for the jewelry showcases in my store. The clips stay in place all the time and the extensions stretch well. They are durable, well made, convenient, and handy.
