This would have been my second pair. I wear them with orthotics for a metatarsalgia injury. Unfortunately did not fit either because the new model is much narrower or my foot grew, had to return them. The old model lasted 3 years of use. They are the greatest quality. The last year they put up with all sort of abuse and they still looked great when cleaned. I would definitely recommend. they will solve many feet problems until you recover.Bought these expensive shoes because I’m on my feet all day and the sole came apart. They lasted about 6 months.oh yeah....My feet be loving these bad boys....This is my husbands 4th pair of Joya shoes, he's standing 12 hrs a day at his job. This shoes rocker sole keeps your weight distributed with pressure in the center/arch area of your foot while standing, thus keeping your weight off the heel and ball. He has plantar fasciitis and Joya's are the only shoes that will alleviate that pain. I have had 2 pair of Joya's, I have spinal stenosis and they keep my back at proper posture. I can walk or stand all day with no lower back pain. We love this shoe brand, they are so worth the money and more. Never hesitate to buy Joya's!I have arthritis of the big toe and these have proved excellent support. They are very comfortable with very good cushioning. The roll effect is very good for protecting my arthritic feet. The quality of the shoe is generally also very good.I do find, however, that the base is too narrow which makes it a little unstable. I have had a number of stumbles and, as an elderly man, my reflexes are not as as good as they were and I have had a couple of falls. However, the shoes are otherwise so comfortable and protect my toe that I continue to use them but with more care.
